The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the success of the organization by supporting the Office Manager in executing various critical functions, including Bookkeeping, Payroll, Order Processing, Procurement, and Receiving. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thorough, a strong verbal and written communicator, and possesses a high personal expectation of excellence. Prior experience in bookkeeping and order processing is highly valued.


General Admin

  • Opening and processing mail
  • Managing Office Supplies
  • Generating reports
  • General office duties


  • Receiving and processing payments
  • Sending invoices and statements
  • Entering daily transactions
  • Reconciling bank accounts


  • Processing sales orders
  • Ordering equipment
  • Receiving and labelling received equipment


  • Onboarding new employees
  • Reviewing and approving digital timecards
  • Processing employee and benefits changes


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 Years prior experience in an administrative capacity
  • Prior bookkeeping experience desirable
  • Excellent grammar/proofreading skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Quickbooks experience desirable
